Forest bathing sessions.

A chance to slow down and immerse your senses in nature . We start with some nature poetry and guided mindfulness, with slow sensory mindful walking. Through various invitations Caroline will invite you to connect with nature in a deeper way through focusing on each of your senses. This will involve being still and noticing ... maybe the rays of sunlight coming through the trees, the sound of a trickling stream, the soft texture of moss on your finger tips, the feel of the cool breeze caressing your cheeks, the smells of the damp woods.

We will have a chance to share our experiences, ending with a simple tea ceremony in the woods where we will share some foraged herbal tea and healthy snacks together.

Caroline also offers Forest therapy by zoom especially for people who are unwell or unable to get outside especially those living with Long Covid. Sitting with a view of out of the window, with a houseplant, a stone or a bowl of water we will share guided mindfulness and invitations as we notice, touch, breathe, connect and share together.
